Description
Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath lakefront home in very desirable gated (24 hr/day manned security) community of Briarwood. Briarwood is centrally located in Naples on Livingston Road and Radio Road. Home has private heated pool which faces south to a lake offering the ultimate in privacy and all day sunshine.

Our home was built and furnished for us and is now offered as a rental. All the furniture and every detail including art work was selected by my husband and myself. We are now sharing our love of this home with others. As a Master Gardener, I lovingly chose the beautiful and mature lush landscaping that surrounds our home.

Home offers livingroom with vaulted ceiling, formal diningroom, completely equipped open kitchen with eat in breakfast area. There are three bedrooms and two baths.

Master bedroom has King sized bed, walk in closet, hardwood floors and a bathroom with walk in shower and soaking tub.

Guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home and have their own access to the pool. The second bedroom offers a Queen sized four poster bed and large closet. An elegant bathroom with tub and shower separate the guest bedrooms. The Third bedroom has twin beds and hardwood floors. The Third looks out to the pool and extended patio.

Has great curb appeal. Absolute privacy since the South facing pool backs up to a lake and a preserve beyond the lake. Pool has solar heating as well as new electric pool heater. The entire pool is surrounded by screening.

There is also free WI-FI and cable televisions in all of the bedrooms as well as the in the livingroom.

If you enjoy grilling you will love using our gas grill on the lanai as you watch the sun setting.

GREAT LOCATION!! Briarwood Development is on Livingson and Radio Roads, minutes to Old Naples, beaches, shopping and restaurants as well as I-75. Only 25 minutes from Southwest International Airport (Ft. Myers).

One of the unique qualities that we fell in love with was the friendliness of the neighborhood.

Pets with prior approval. Pets must be on flea preventive. No smoking.

10% tourist tax, $150 departure cleaning fee, $500 refundable security deposit, $300 refundable pet deposit and $100 HOA application fee. Electric pool heater charges in winter are $100/week. Email for rates dependent upon season.

When we built our home we wanted it to reflect the old world Florida style home with sunshine yellow stucco, tile roof and lush landscaping. The entry way to our house is elegant and the light maximized by the double glass front doors. Livingroom reflects our love for Chinoiserie decor including Asian artifacts and a large laquered breakfront. The sliding glass doors pocket back to create a totally open wall to the lanai. Our Diningroom continues to reflect the Chinoiserie influence in the Rosewood table and rosewood server.  The glass diningroom table can seat 6. The open Kitchen has granite counters and bar.  Being a baker and cook, the kitchen is equipped with everything you would need and more including food processor, Kitchen-Aid mixer, casseroles, baking pans, etc.  Dine in and cook if you like or dine at any one of the fine restaurants near our home. Bright Breakfast area which is perfect for sipping your morning coffee and reading the morning newspaper. Master bedroom features a King size Tommy Bahama style bed and new King size mattress.  Beautiful hardwood floors add warm touch to room. Master bath has a walk in shower as well, soaking tub and double vanities. The Second bedroom features a Queen size four poster bed. The Third bedroom truly captures what tropical means in the wallpaper, valances to match and twin rattan/ wicker beds. The Guest bathroom features a custom made shower curtain to match the Chinoiserie wallpaper. We built our house so that the pool faces a large lake and preserve so it is quite private. It has much desired Southern exposure so that there is always sunshine over the pool.  There is a large seating area for the sun worshippers that has four chaise lounges. Looking toward the house you can see there are several groupings of furniture including wicker seating as well as wicker table and chairs.  This is our favorite area for entertaining. A view of the lake behind our house.  We have enjoyed watching all types birds enjoying the tranquility of the lake or fishing for their food.
